We have a very high record of achievement with our customers, maintaining an average 75% of our long term unemployed customers into sustainable work. This includes working with customers from all walks of life including professionals, ex-offenders, young person’s and customers with learning difficulties and disabilities, but success does not just mean customers into work, it is our continuing support that keeps people in work, creating the belief in them that their advancement and achievement is a reality.

At our Ashford facility customers benefit from six large purpose designed classrooms each fully equipped for their specific functions

Our extensive facilities include: 3 IT suites all with internet access, 9 fully equipped training rooms specifically designed to create a conducive atmosphere for learning, 10,000ft2 construction site, 7,500 ft2 internal workshops, 4,300 acre forestry site, and 4miles of private rail track.
We are able to offer 25 practical courses developed in collaboration with various industry sectors, and over 230 NVQ/QCF qualifications and apprenticeships to formalise their knowledge and experience.
