Concept Training develops people and organisations and has grown steadily to secure its position as one of the most successful companies in its field today. Established in 1999, Concept Training now offers a complete training, consultancy, mentoring and business support service to meet the needs of individuals and organisations. Operating from the south-east Concept Training is committed to providing a wide range of quality services.

Concept Training has an extensive portfolio of both private and public sector customers and is a supplier of central and local Government contracts, providing bespoke training and support for workforce development. We have the vision and experience to deliver tailored, flexible services meeting both employer and individual needs to support regional and national economic growth.

Effective leadership and management skills are a prerequisite in a competitive market. We work with businesses to identify training needs of existing employees, offering qualifications in a variety of areas from management and administrative roles to customer service and sales, as well as sector specific short courses to increase productivity, meet employer requirements and close identified skills gaps. Construction and rail engineering courses are available to enable companies to meet and exceed the ever increasing demands being made on these industries. This includes NVQ qualifications in all key trades and occupations, CSCS training and testing, as well as tailored training packages to suit your specific requirements.

Over 200 internationally recognised NVQ’s (to level 5), Certificate and Diploma courses are available to suit your specific needs. We are pleased to offer additional bespoke courses on request. All of which can be delivered. Either at your place of business at minimal disruption to you, or alternatively at our custom built 23,000ft² training centre.
